Securing Archives at Risk
On 1 October 2015, swisspeace, in collaboration with the Swiss Federal Archives (SFA) and the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA), hosted a conference on 'securing archives at risk' at the Hotel National in Bern. Organized in the scope of the 'Archives and Dealing with the Past' project, the event addressed the topic of the protection, security and access to archives at risk.

In February 2013 the Director of Documenta - Center for Dealing with the Past in Zagreb Croatia, Vesna Teršelič, visited swisspeace. We asked her what importance archives play in the work of Documenta, how the institution disseminates information to the public and how they cooperate with other organizations in the region.
